Betaine and Panthenol clean hair and body simultaneously without the stripping effect that most 2-in-1 products create. Betaine a natural amino acid from sugar beet is gentle enough for daily scalp use while effective enough to cut through body sweat. Panthenol conditions hair and strengthens the skin barrier in the same wash.

How to Use
Post-Gym or Travel
Wet hair and body in the shower.
Apply a generous amount enough to lather both hair and body.
Work through the hair first, massaging the scalp for 15–20 seconds.
Let the lather run down the body and work it across the chest, arms, and torso.
Rinse thoroughly hair and body in one rinse.

Will this dry out my hair?
No the Betaine and Panthenol combination is specifically chosen to clean without stripping. Your hair is conditioned during the wash, not just cleaned. For intensive conditioning, follow with a dedicated conditioner on home wash days.
Can I use this on my face too?
For the face, use Daily Control Cleanser it's formulated for thinner, more sensitive facial skin. Keep this for hair and body.
How long does one bottle last?
At 3–4 gym sessions per week, the 490ml bottle lasts approximately 6–8 weeks.
